Regional Project Engineer
Locations: Maine, Vermont, Western Massachusetts, Connecticut, Rhode Island
The Firm: Since 1989, we have been providing capital reserve studies, developer transition studies and consulting engineering services to common interest developments. We combine well-recognized competence in the engineering disciplines with a proficiency in economic analysis.We are expanding our service base and looking for individuals to help us do that.
Position: Will plan and conduct condition surveys of condominium and HOA developments in the region to support preparation of capital reserve fund studies. Provide engineering consulting services to condominium boards and their managers. Requires strong background in multi-unit building construction, inspections and site evaluations combined with strong organizational and client communication skills. Experience in cost estimating and life cycle analysis a plus. Looking for motivated individuals who understand and share our interest in delivering high quality services to our clients. PE preferred.
Compensation: Percentage of project fee.
